I would like to edit my booking, how do I do this ?

  • Click on the button on your booking confirmation email.
  • Go to the app or on your customer account: in the "My bookings"  section, then click on "Edit".
  • Contact our customer service by email hello@ectorparking.com or by calling +33 9 73 72 88 55.
  • Change of time and date is free until 6pm, the day before departure and/or return. Otherwise, a €9 fee will be applied (excluding the cost of any added service: €10 for each additional 24 hours of parking).
  • Once your booking has been modified, we will send you a new confirmation by email as soon as it has been validated.
  • If your company has signed an Ector Business contract, special refund conditions may apply.
