If you have taken out cancellation insurance: your reservation is fully refunded for any cancellation taking place up to 24 hours before departure and is refunded in the form of a credit note valid for 1 year, with a deduction of € 15 for any cancellation between 12 and 24 hours before.
You haven’t subscribed to our cancellation cover: no reimbursement possible.
You have booked on a partner website: the cancellation conditions are those stipulated by the partner you made your booking with.
If your company has signed an Ector Business contract, special refund conditions may apply.
Reservations validated with a Total card can neither be refunded nor be the subject of a credit note in the event of cancellation.
