How do I cancel my booking?

  • On your customer account: “My bookings” section, then click on “Cancel” for the relevant booking.
  • Reach our customer service by email at or by phone on +33 9 73 72 88 55.
  • If you have taken out cancellation insurance: your reservation is fully refunded for any cancellation taking place up to 24 hours before departure and is refunded in the form of a credit note valid for 1 year, with a deduction of € 15 for any cancellation between 12 and 24 hours before.
  • You haven’t subscribed to our cancellation cover: no reimbursement possible.
  • You have booked on a partner website: the cancellation conditions are those stipulated by the partner you made your booking with.
  • If your company has signed an Ector Business contract, special refund conditions may apply.
  • Reservations validated with a Total card can neither be refunded nor be the subject of a credit note in the event of cancellation.
