How do I cancel my booking?

COVID-19 INFO: Special Cancellation Policy : we are offering a refund even if you did not subscribed to our cancellation cover. You will get a refund in the form of a credit on your Ector wallet (a €9 fee might apply if the cancellation happened less than 24h before drop off time). If you did subscribe to our cancellation cover, you will be refunded on your credit card (or via your Ector wallet if less than 24h before drop off time). Please contact our Customer Service at to get your refund. 

  • On your customer account: “My bookings” section, then click on “Cancel” for the relevant booking.
  • Reach our customer service by email at or by phone on +33 9 73 72 88 55.
  • If your company has signed an Ector Business contract, special refund conditions may apply.
