What are the cancellation conditions?
- You have subscribed to our cancellation cover: you will be refunded for any cancellation up to 24 hours before departure.
- You haven’t subscribed to our cancellation cover: no reimbursement possible.
- You have booked on a partner website: the cancellation conditions are those stipulated by the partner you made your booking with.
- If your company has signed an Ector Business contract, special refund conditions may apply.
