The service is the same as the Ector service. Your valet will not wear the Ector yellow jacket but he will recognize you when you arrive at the drop-off spot. This is the reason why you are asked to enter your license plate when booking.

In case of delay of your train or plane, Ector is always informed in real time and will adapt accordingly. Remember to contact your valet as soon as you arrive by clicking on "report my arrival" on the application or by calling +33 7 77 94 63 49 from the telephone number provided when booking.
NB: if your flight is delayed with a later arrival at 11:30 p.m., our partner Boxxin will contact you to collect your vehicle.
